Thus, wide-leg trousers are matched with sandals with metal inserts decorated with a dazzling beautiful blown-glass cabochon inspired by a 14th-century artefact that was displayed on an anonymous stand in the British Museum, and with a voluptuous loop mohair garment embroidered with metallic leather to replicate the graphic geometry of vintage guipure lace…
In the dreamlike universe of his new collection, Josse dares us to pass through the mirror to connect the most faraway and unconscious possibilities from elsewhere with the most immediate realities.
No. 1 Top in ivory mohair bouclé embellished with metallic leather, guipure lace back. Long-sleeve t-shirt in fringed cotton tulle. Sheath skirt in fringed ivory mohair bouclé.
No. 2 Blouse with zip closure, fur collar look, knit in alpaca, mohair and merino wool, silk-embroidered. Wide trouser in alabaster wool jersey.
No. 3 Dress in limestone wool crepe with bib collar in beige leather lace, belted on the sides.
No. 4 Cardigan in printed limestone wool crepe lined with wool fur. White blouse in waffle fabric, printed neckline. Skirt with wide box pleats in ivory mohair.
No. 5 Embellished tailcoat vest and wide, high-waist trouser in alabaster wool jersey. Turtleneck embroidered with fringed silk thread.
No. 6 Bustier dress in rosewood mohair, scarf neckline embellished with fringe. Wide fringed skirt.
No. 7 Blouse in ivory mohair bouclé with leather satin trim, sleeves in frilled goose and gylcerinated ostrich feathers. Wide trouser in alabaster wool jersey.
No. 8 Draped blouse in cream leather satin, wide rolled sleeves. Skirt in bronze leather satin.
No. 9 Long dress in ribbed desert rose leather satin, asymmetrical draped back.
No. 10 Draped ribbed top with a poufed tail in chocolate duchess satin. Long, ribbed full skirt in textured organza.
No. 11 Dress in gilded beige leather satin, skirt with wide pleats in chocolate mohair bouclé.
No. 12 Long full shirtdress with inverted collar, high-backed, in Nattier blue taffeta.
No. 13 Long full shirtdress, large tied bib, high-backed, ribbed in white taffeta.
