For Oscar De La Renta SS26 / Spring/Summer 2026, co-creative directors Laura Kim and Fernando Garcia celebrate the revitalization and newfound energy that comes with the arrival of spring through a variety of textures and movement.
Details of Oscar De La Renta SS26 / Spring/Summer 2026, The porcelain flower reminiscent of those grown in Kim’s family garden comes to life through hand-crocheted, cross-stitching on rattan lace and hand-painted enamel clusters. Sinuous vines adorned with these flowers climb up a variety of silhouettes fluid silk chiffon caftans, lace guipure dresses and a softly structured cocoon coat.
A cyclamen print inspired by the chiné weaving technique adds textured movement onto a threadwork embroidered denim dress, printed satin pajama set and an ombré jacquard jacket. The color palette is spring’s finest: butter yellow, cerulean and pear are present across the collection.
Fringed styles return throughout notably on a duo of sequin tea length cocktail dresses and a bugle bead platine gown with crystal lattice neckline. A trio of allover crystal cluster evening styles boast intricate hand-embroidered techniques. Playful statement details including 3d flower bouquets and feathers woven with sequin tendrils bring a light, joyful spirit to the season. And belt with grasshopper as the head it’s a statement of the accessories.
