Shoshoni Hostler’s Nar Rew Ekar Spring 2026 collection, “Weaving the Stars,” brought a powerful blend of Northern California’s Native American heritage and celestial-inspired elements to the runway. Having risen from a small Indian reservation to the international red carpet (her designs were named one of British Vogue’s Top 30 Best Dressed at the 2023 LACMA Art+Film Gala), Hostler continues to redefine wearable art through couture craftsmanship. Combining traditional materials like shells, leather, and wattle grass with contemporary elements, the collection honors Indigenous culture while boldly revitalizing it for a new generation.
