Krizia Spring Summer 2022 at Milan Fashion Week

The Spring Summer 2022 Collection revisits the Maison archives, especially the graphical studies of iconic animals. The Panther, as visual inspiration, is depicted on the garment just as if it belongs on it. Decorative jewels and chains, interwoven, become an integral part of the coats, dresses, and knitwear designs.

A constant journey of research and exploration that is expressed at its maximum power on different fabrics: from raw silk, viscose linen, starched organza, and poplin, to plated jersey that feels like leather to the touch. PVC comes back vigorously in vests over animalier, micro-tops, and maxi-bags where the Panther always leaves its footprint.

Once more plissé is the protagonist: from the bra, legitimized by the Maison years ago, through embroidered dresses to structured garments where, paired with the latters, recalls the snake’s hide. Shirts over with masculine cut are present, which, in some instances, become shirtdresses with jeweled shoulder pads. A color palette that ranges from the iconic white to black, intersected by vivid green, red, yellow, and enriched by metallic touches.

A unified soul that blends with the refinement of the materials and the research of a woman that loves to express her own identity.
