Cem Cinar is a Turkish-born designer based in Paris and raised in the Netherlands. After graduating in 2012, he landed his first job at Y/PROJECT, and later he was appointed art director at Rouge Margaux in 2017.

After developing and opening Rouge Margaux’s first flagship store in Paris, he takes over the artistic direction of LARUICCI’s ready-to-wear collections in 2019. At the same time, he launches his eponymous brand CEM CINAR.
