LAZOSCHMIDL SPRING SUMMER 2023 “SECRET”

Based on teenage celebrity crushes and frst experiences visiting post-war exhibitions by Otto Dix, Henri Matisse and Andy Warhol, the Lazoschmidl Spring/Summer 2023 collection dares to create a symbiosis of 2000’s girl group culture with iconic artist’s legacies.

Core symbol within the collection is Josef Lazo’s grandmother’s dried fower, rediscovered after her passing in a book. The collection takes this memory into the future.

Garments feature fower scan prints contrasted with techno inspired shapes. The colour palette is pure and natural. Black, beige and silver is accompanied by light green, light blueblue and purple. Op-art prints, silver quilt and sequin mesh evoke a metaphorical rave feeling.

This season, accessories feature messenger bags with an integrated cockring and laser-cut acrylic butterfy charms.
