Details of ROKUBUEN Fall Winter 2023 – 2024 collection
The jacket is a remake of a Japanese kimono coat, Michiyuki. It uses organic denim sleeves and has Japanese-style line embroidery, and is reproduced as a jacket that can also be used in street style.
A lace shirt that is the standard type of ROKUBUEN. This season’s lace shirt is a combination of Japanese lace fabric and denim fabric. Men are also conscious of it as a look that gives off an elegant and mature sex appeal.
A dress that tries to remake old kimonos. The kimono can be worn for different body types, and because it is sewn by hand, it is easy to untie and can be re-tailored as people grow. You can enjoy wearing it in many ways depending on how you use the straps attached to the waist and shoulders.
Rokubuen’s first coat. Tailored like a trench coat, the long length has been selected to create a beautiful silhouette. The fabric on the left is a traditional Japanese indigo slash quilt. The fabric on the right is a herringbone pattern denim fabric from Japan.
Kimono “Nuki-collar” jacket, A jacket made of herringbone pattern denim fabric from Japan. The detail of the collar has been reproduced with the image of a kimono’s unique “unlined collar”.
Rokubuen’s first knitwear. Kids mohair is used for a soft and elegant finish.
Proposal for new setup. Low-waisted tops and high-waisted skirts, “high and low”. The denim look on the right has details that make the most of the unfinished cut, and has an elegant street taste (a fleece lining material for autumn and winter). In the wool look on the left, the front and back of the same material are used, with the top on the back and the skirt on the front. Contrary to the gentle and rounded look, it has a rock taste somewhere.
A look of upcycled Japanese yukata. Aiming to improve the aggressiveness of upcycling in high fashion, it is a Japanese style jacket specification.
