Irensense SS24, inspiration from Alice in Wonderland, continuing from the previous season’s “Poker Garden” inspired by the fairy tale version of “Alice in Wonderland,”.

For the Irensense Spring/Summer 2024 collection, Irensense draw information from the film adaptation of Alice in Wonderland.

In this version, Alice returns to the real world ten years later, defeating the villains and confronting her fears. She also embraces her imaginative side, fully accepting herself, and no longer treats her fantasies as nightmares, but rather as a part of her.

In this narrative, Irensense portrays the post return Alice who find her purpose and embarks on a new chapter.

This season for Irensense SS24 theme is centered around “vision”. Vision signifies foresight, imagination, and dreaming. These meanings are interconnected in a sense. Many foresights were initially perceived as mere imaginary concepts, only to be recognized as true foresights after they were realized.

However, through colors, patterns, and fabric details, this Irensense Spring/Summer 2024 collection narrates that the encounters with people, events, and objects from the past, present, and future guide us toward the best path.

DESIGNER PROFILE

Tseng Yan-Wei, from Taiwan, graduated from the Fashion Design Department of Shih Chien University. He ranked third in the experimental group upon graduation and participated in the NEW ORDER OF FASHION exhibition and was nominated for the Taiwan Golden Pin Design Award in the same year.

In 2019, he participated in the TOKYO NEW DESIGNER FASHION GRAND PRIX and received the Excellence Award.

In 2020, he established his own designer brand called IRENSENSE.
