Sterling International appoints Alice Bouleau as Partner

Sterling International appoints Alice Bouleau as Partner. In 2018, Alice Bouleau joined the executive search firm Sterling International, specialized in the fashion, luxury and retail sector, where she has since been focusing on the recruitment of Design, Image and Merchandising Talents. She was promoted to Principal & Head of the Creative Pole in January 2021, managing all of the firm’s creative recruitments globally, and will become Partner as of January 2024.

Prior to joining Sterling, Alice Bouleau worked for Proenza Schouler in New York and Paris, first in the Design team then in a Europe-based Consultant role. Before that, she worked as a Business Development Manager at Mo&Co, as an Assistant Editor-in Chief at Stiletto Magazine and a Fashion Editor at That Magazine. She holds a Master’s Degree in Management and Entrepreneurship after which she obtained a BA in Fashion Design.

Her past tenures endowed her with an extensive knowledge of the creative process, allowing her to scout and qualify talents, and to build long-lasting relationships with them.

“At only 33 years old, Alice Bouleau has established herself as a “go to” recruiter in Artistic Direction and overall creative functions, her performance during these past 6 years of international executive search has remained fresh and dynamic, she is one of the few Recruiters who gives back to the industry by her impressive energy and generosity to both Talents and Clients alike. I consider her to be a major force in the future of recruitment thanks to her eye for talent and innate ability to “make the marriage” happen by mastering the management of both process and people. She is certainly a key pillar in the future development of Sterling International.” Michael Boroian, Founder & President of Sterling International
