For the Fall Winter 2024-25 collection, Pierre-Louis Mascia presents “Ashes to Ashes – Funk to Funky”.

A collection that embodies the timeless appeal of distant worlds and distinct historical periods, uniting the past and the present in a symphony of exclusive style.

The season unfolds in three moments that share the same leitmotif “Vivre avec les esprits”, but each with its own unique story and visual perspective. “Le baptème” captures the essence of ancient Egyptian civilizations with a palette of neutral nuances that evoke the majesty of desert lands. “L’union” explodes with a range of vibrant colors, bringing energy and vitality through bold prints and plays of shades.

“L’au-dela”, at the end, embraces geometry and minimalist elegance characterized by achromatic hues, taking design to a new level of sophistication.

The beating heart of Pierre-Louis Mascia FW24 collection is the capsule collection of silk shirts “Memories – Organic Silk”, presented at the 105 edition of Pitti Uomo in Florence.

In this special line, the theme of the passage of time is the protagonist, transforming each garment into a testimony to our connection with the past and the changing nature of the present. The shirts, true works of textile art, feature new floral prints and designs inspired by ancient clocks. A harmonious fusion of natural elements and historical references that become the fil rouge linking contemporary aesthetics with the roots of the cultural heritage of the brand.

This project, represented by exclusive GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) certified silk shirts, continues to embody the brand’s commitment to sustainability.

For this Pierre-Louis Mascia FW24, a new series of Kimonos has been developed, declined in different variants, each representing different cultures through the skillful use of materials such as silk, velvet and jersey. Each garment tells a unique story, creating a bridge between distant traditions and contemporary style.

About Pierre-Louis Mascia

Pierre-Louis Mascia, trained as an illustrator, comes from Toulouse in France. He created the Pierre-Louis Mascia collection in 2008, with the collaboration of the Uliassi brothers, owners of the Achille Pinto silk print shop in Como, with ninety years of excellence in the industry. The collection started with a series of scarves and then grew into a true lifestyle proposition including apparel and accessories. Pierre-Louis Mascia uses collage to create intricate patterns of surprising visual clarity that he prints on wearables. The cut-up is an integral part of his life, from the prints he conceives to the lifestyle he constantly commutes between France and Italy.
