After the last runway show, I started swimming, which I had become a habit of before the coronavirus. We have resumed. It felt so good to dive into the water for the first time in a while, so I made sure to make time to practice again. I wanted to get used to it.

The water while swimming is very magical and quiet, with all sorts of things being scraped off. It feels like only something important remains. However, it is impossible to stay in the magical water all the time, and paddling a little can help you breathe. In order to check the time, we take a breather in the gravity of the real world. The balance between going back and forth between fantasy and reality, without which you won’t be able to swim for a long time, is what Braver is currently trying to achieve. The title of this article came to me in a really vague way while I was wandering around to go to a bookstore in Paris. Suddenly, the word “supper” came to mind, and I started playing the rhythm in my head, “supper ~ supper ~.” The first bookstore I entered while singing along, I saw a booklet with a picture of the Last Supper on display. That’s when I found it.

It was truly a coincidence, but we want to cherish such coincidences, don’t we? Just use the Last Supper as a theme, use it as a motif, or create something. I was very embarrassed and reluctant to use this as a starting point. Research from there I thought that the word “feast” would be a good fit, so I started thinking about “feast” I got it. Although it is a very private feast, it is fashionable to share the innermost with the outermost.

Shinyakozuka Fall/Winter 2024 / FW24, this time’s title is I thought it would be DIVE INTO WINTER FEAST. With SHINYAKOZUKA’s fashion, everyone’s daily life, scenes, Time becomes a feast. When having fun with friends. When drinking alcohol alone. When you want to walk around town feeling unparalleled after a tough day. etc. I would like to serve a pool of such a feast. And I want you to dive as hard as you can.
