Mugler Store Shanghai just opened and Mugler opens its first fashion & fragrances store in China.

Worldwide Premiere- Located in Shanghai, inside Réel, Mugler is opening its very first store in China featuring fashion and fragrances.

Designed by renowned architect Sophie Hicks in close collaboration with Mugler Fashion Creative Director Casey Cadwallader, this unique space explores sharply angled fins and louvers, giving a new dimension to the iconic Mugler blue. The space showcases Mugler fashion and fragrances, for the first time together since the mythical Parisian flagship of rue du Faubourg Saint Honoré. Mugler’s fashion offering compromises of styles from the Mugler Spring Summer 2024 collection, featuring house signatures such as sculptural tailoring and sculpting dresses, as well as day wear selects in denim and knitwear. Mugler’s collection of leather goods, handbags, and footwear is also available.

The fragrance selection includes Mugler Les Exceptions: a series of 6 high-end perfumes created by French perfumer, Jean-Christophe Hérault. This radical collection of haute perfumery blends precious raw materials hybridizing into surreal organisms. Minerals, flowers, and fabrics intertwine to become the most compelling lifeforms. A supranatural fusion of the organic and the extraordinary revealed in architectural bottles.

Last, alongside these jewels the fragrance section also features the signature scents, Angel and Alien. Reflecting Mugler and the L’Oréal Group’s commitment to sustainability, the entire brushed aluminium installation is 100% recyclable and demountable.

On 28th May, 2024, Mugler hosted an opening event welcoming guests and friends of the house including MIKA, Yilan Hua, Mia Kong, Angelene Sun and Cherry Gun among others to experience the store at Réel, Shanghai.
