Reflections on a woman’s world – her home and garden, travels and souvenirs – are notions that suffuse the ROCHAS Resort 2025 collection with a sense of imaginative escape.

Designed by Alessandro Vigilante, the season’s joie de vivre manifests in softly sculptural volumes and textures that bring to life the rich interior universe of a character with taste and attitude in equal parts. Layers of urban sophistication unfurl into effortless gestures of sensual dressing, and a dynamic wardrobe that calls for days and nights of sanctuary and celebration.

Details of Rochas Resort 2025, From a wallpaper’s dainty roses to poolside stripes and tablecloth lace, light touches of décor frame the portrait of a modern-day doyenne as she glides with youthful elegance from apartment to aperitif, from the city to the seaside. In a palette of faded Tropicalia, from coral and turquoise to pickle green, daffodil, swan’s down and pearl, silhouettes embrace a soft hourglass line or drape in playful parachute shapes and graphic Colour blocking.

Froissé textures abound, manifest in brightly smocked mules and cuissard boots, and on a chambray pencil skirt suit and liquid viscose balloon jacket or camisole that echoes the breezy allure of striped cotton scarf shirts and an off-the-shoulder chemise dress. Set on a capped kimono sleeve, crèpe column gowns and gilet tops are tied with rounded bows, cloqué ‘fit and flare’ midi-dresses are caught by leather waist cinchers, and spring trench coats come ruched at wrist and hip.

Exemplifying Rochas Resort 2025 collection’s midcentury allure, tweedy suits in neutrals and stripes are cut with a 50’s flair, and peplum cocktail suits in bright twills are worn cropped and flared in the leg or with relaxed Bermuda shorts. For an evening’s adornment, the House signature lace is scaled up into a beaded crossword matrix of checks and roses, whilst Marcel Rochas’ graphic ‘R’ monogram appears tone-on-tone in finely ribbed silk knitwear or as a rhinestone buckle on suede belts and loafers.
