Lupe Gajardo Spring/Summer 2025 / SS25 at New York Fashion Week entitled Neo couture.

Lupe Gajardo Chilean brand established in 2009 with a focus on women’s clothing and experimental tailoring. Avant-garde brides, a mix of fibers, textures, and experimental pattern-making come together in a range of whites that bring to life our second bridal collection in the brand’s history.

Highlighting the punk and eclectic spirit of the brand in both its processes and visual identity, a bold and contemporary elegance emerges for modern brides. “the bride” as a social figure allows us to delve into the fantasy of the majestic, where everything is allowed in order to elevate the wearer. A transformed historical rite; today’s bride is not a virgin, not devoted. She dresses to celebrate the union, to elevate love. She dresses to celebrate herself, to love in Lupe Gajardo SS25 / Spring/Summer 2025 collection, composed of 22 looks, can see a variety of materials.

Details of Lupe Gajardo Spring/Summer 2025, Primarily silk in different weaves: shantung, crepe, chiffon, and satin. Linens, cottons, fantasy fabrics, and coffee sack details form the base of the proposal. Two fundamental zero-waste construction techniques stand out in the SS25 collection. On one hand, create pieces from scraps using a technique we could call experimental patchwork, blending different textures, weights, and shines. On the other hand, construct pieces from exact squares and rectangles that leave no waste as they require no cutting.

Both construction methods follow the spontaneous character in which each piece is created, a process that reveals a mix of casualness and rebellion against traditional forms and their results. Lupe Gajardo Spring/Summer 2025 collections emphasize fashion as wearable art. All unique pieces and limited series are designed and manufactured in Chile at Lupe Gajardo’s Atelier. Shoes were designed together with the Chilean brand Cuarentatacos hats were made by the Chilean brand honraherself.
