Cavia Spring/Summer 2025 / SS25 at Milan Fashion Week entitled DAILY MEAL

“Daily Meal” is the theme of Cavia Spring/Summer 2025 collection, where designer Martina Boero continues her journey of research, discovery, and reuse of second-hand materials.

The inspiration of Cavia SS25 draws from everyday life, starting with a common element: the table. Fresh bread, a checkered tablecloth, the aroma of pasta with tomato sauce and the taste of a good lemonade are the main ingredients to fully immersing oneself in the new collection.

To add a touch of freshness, the bright colors of knitwear are enhanced by decorative elements such as lemons, strawberries and kiwis, while grandmothers’ tableware pays homage to the beauty of preserving and reusing memories.

Cavia SS25 “Daily Meal” is that moment of pause where lightness is rediscovered, among interwoven floral ribbons, open- knit garments, denim embellished with crocheted bands, and patchwork of unexpected fabrics, such as terry towels.

The pop/rock essence of patchwork made from vintage t-shirts clashes with the romantic and coquette spirit of embroidery and prints, creating a perfect combination.

Cavia Spring/Summer 2025 collection will be presented with a special event at Rosticceria Giacomo: not just any restaurant, but a real culinary lounge where the garments will be the centrepiece. The looks will be accessorized with some of Crocs’ iconic models, customized for the occasion by Cavia’s creativity: a series of unique pieces that best express the two brands’ imaginary.

About Cavia, CAVIA was born from the creativity of designer Martina Boero, who has always been fascinated by fashion as a form of personal expression. The idea emerged during the first lockdown, as she sought to express her creativity with what she found at home; from this came the notion of creating a fully sustainable project, using only pre-existing or recycled materials, thus reducing the environmental impact associated with the production of new materials. CAVIA’s mission is not only to enhance Italian craftsmanship but also to promote more conscious and sustainable fashion.
