Todd Snyder Fall/Winter 2025 / FW25 at New York Fashion Week

Todd Snyder debuted his FW25 / Fall/Winter 2025 Collection “Saint-Germain” on Thursday, February 6 at the Academy Mansion in New York City’s Upper East Side. The 65-look collection was inspired by a neighborhood in Paris, Saint-Germain; a moment in time, the 1980s; and the different uniforms the locals wore.

In Snyder’s imagination, undergrads loiter outside class in shorts and neckties. A writer has coffee at Café de Flore and keeps warm in a Greatcoat he thrifted at Les Puce de Saint-Ouen. Businessmen in three-piece suits duck into Le Voltaire for dinner. A French pop star from a bygone era heads out to Les Bains in elegantly disheveled dinner clothes, a French tradesman in his bleu de travail plays pinball at the tabac, and a jazzman heads off to a gig at Le Bilboquet in his leather jacket and tweed trousers.

“I wanted to take these Parisian archetypes and reimagine their traditional silhouettes in opulent fabrics, rich jewel tones and sexier proportions,” says Snyder. “The sort of decadence that Oscar Wilde, who spent his final days in Saint-Germain, might have appreciated.”

Details of Todd Snyder FW25 / Fall/Winter 2025, luxurious velvets, silk brocades, and cashmere combined in the designer’s looks with emerald greens, aubergine, and petrol blues to create signature looks, including double-breasted tuxedos, oversized aviator jackets, grandad cardigans and rustic corduroy suits. In addition to tailoring and formal wear, Snyder continues his track record of delivering sumptuous, modern takes on outerwear as evidenced by an Antique Teal Casentino Wool Topcoat, an Anthracite Gray Balmacaan, a Black Leather Welding Jacket and Velvet Chore Coats. Collection looks were rounded out with eyewear from Moscot, jewelry from John Hardy and dress boots from Tricker’s.

“In the end, Todd Snyder FW25 collection explores how each of us creates our own unique personal styles by subtly rebelling against the dress codes life assigns us,” says Snyder.
