In this liminal hour, between the remnants of the night before and the demands of the day ahead, we exist in a space of quiet rebellion, we move through these streets, draped in borrowed clothes and whispered memories, a patchwork of stolen moments and ephemeral intimacy, an oversized shirt, his scent still ungering. Borrowed-from-the-boys tailoring tuxedo shirts, polos pinstripes is softened with sensual ease, while distressed leather and crinkled cotton evoke a quiet, lived in luxury, the palette reflects the ever-shifting contrasts of new york where concrete meets glamour expressed through double-faced cashmere, hand-plissé cotton, and intricate hand embroidery. Traditional angarkha tunics and dhoti pants pay homage to my roots, bridging the familiarity of home with the raw energy of the city, lilies, my favorite flower, thread through the collection symbols of both morning and mourning, embodying beauty in impermanence.
