Courrèges Campaign Spring/Summer 2025 at Paris Fashion

Courrèges Campaign Spring/Summer 2025 at Paris Fashion, This season’s imagery is a poetic variation on Courrèges’ Carré Magique. A visual spin-off of the previous campaign, SS25 applies the principles of its collection to the reinterpretation of its signature setting. While FW24 used scale and colour to expand space, SS25 extracts its storyline from the abstraction of a white background. Sliced from the page, rectangular cut-outs act as windows onto the unknown, intersections of geometry and reality that breathe new light into the Courrèges world.

Lensed once more by legendary photographer Mark Borthwick, this recalibrated setting was imagined by House scenography director Rémy Brière and Nicolas Di Felice. Perched in their individual, off-center frames, the flared silhouettes of the season’s cast evoke a moment in waiting, a cinematic composure.

Radiant skylines, youthful lovers, free spirits are bleached by sun-filled lighting and refracted luminescence, evoking feelings of nostalgia and romance. Featuring Jeanne Cadieu, Angelina Kendall, Sara Caballero, Leon Dame and Ibra Niakate, Courrèges Campaign Spring/Summer 2025 merges the effect of minimalism and the affect of portraiture while drawing focus on the key looks of Nicolas Di Felice’s collection. From tailored denim separates, Carré Magique tops, leather blousons or the now iconic Holy Bag, the campaign’s styling is reduced to its core, allowing the individuality of each model to shine through.

Full of warmth and serenity, these images are a universal expression of the spirit of optimism. The ultimate Courrèges symbol, the Carré Magique embodies more than an infinite space, it is an inner landscape, a blank page waiting to be filled, a pathway toward the light, away from the muddle of modern life.
