Etro Fall/Winter 2025 / FW25 collection at Milan Fashion Week presents womenswear and menswear collection.
At Milan Fashion Week for the FW25 / Fall/Winter 2025 collection, Etro ushered in a new era under the creative direction of Marco De Vincenzo, marking a distinct shift from previous collections. De Vincenzo quickly tuned into the market’s demands, creating works that sparked conversation and became the subject of fashion discourse. This collection was a departure from the monotonous designs of the past, introducing a fresh blend of materials and techniques that challenged traditional aesthetics.
The collection embraced a unique combination of myth and texture, bringing an organic and metamorphic vision to life. Inspired by mythological journeys, De Vincenzo transformed iconic Etro motifs into something modern and dynamic. Traditional silk and cotton fabrics, known for their floral paintings and intricate designs, were reimagined in unexpected materials such as denim and knits. Floral prints were added to denim, and knitwear featured vibrant floral motifs, presenting a refreshing twist on Etro’s signature patterns.
Signature pieces from the collection included a jacket adorned with a delicate floral fil coupé motif, and an asymmetric skirt featuring a bold floral stencil print. These elements showcased Etro’s rich tradition of patterns, yet they were updated with a modern edge, fitting perfectly into the narrative of De Vincenzo’s vision for the house. The Etro FW25 collection captivated with its colorful and textured approach, drawing attention to Etro’s continued evolution as a fashion force.
Etro Fall/Winter 2025 collection masterfully combines couture craftsmanship with intricate embroidery, featuring luxurious tailored silhouettes adorned with detailed motifs, including animal and botanical designs, and enhanced by innovative materials like knitted furs, showcasing a seamless fusion of tradition and contemporary artistry.
