Coperni Fall/Winter 2025 / FW25 at Paris Fashion Week
Coperni FW25 / Fall/Winter 2025 show revives the golden age of the internet, reimagining the raw energy of 90s LAN (Local Area Network) parties and the community it brings together. In today’s hyperconnected world, Coperni rekindles the thrill of the long-forgotten early online era—a time of discovery and human connection. The show celebrates humanness in technology and the creative potential embedded within virtual realms—in an era when digital spaces can feel increasingly isolating.
200 gamers and tech lovers/digital enthusiasts sit alongside guests, recreating the feverish atmosphere of early internet culture where tangled cables and flashing screens marked the dawn of multiplayer gaming. Impromptu and unruly, in sweaty underground venues and cramped halls, these iconic gatherings embodied a golden era when computers were synonymous with freedom and optimism, and when the internet was a realm built by humans.
Silhouettes balance strength and sensuality, with Hackers defining the season’s aesthetic—yet the Coperni woman is multifaceted, seamlessly switching between identities. Like a video game, the show unfolds unpredictably—each sequence a new level, every transformation a shift in play. She hacks the traditional silhouette: moving from the razor-edged precision of power dressing, to the rebellious DIY energy of youth, and the sensual elegance of night, she shifts between personas with fluidity and instinct.
Details of Coperni FW25 / Fall/Winter 2025, Sharp-shouldered, oversized tailored jackets with elasticated hand straps merge corporate formality with the technical precision, offset by streamlined leather and suede cargo tights. Jersey bodysuits in pale greens and yellows are set against black, brown- striped, and grey-checkered wool tailoring in a muted sci-fi palette. Asymmetrically zipped parkas, inspired by the high-speed dynamism of the classic snowboarding game SSX, are paired with cargo tights to reinforce the collection’s uniform-like aesthetic, blending elegant tailoring with streamlined performance wear. Like Lara Croft, gaming’s most enduring action heroine, models wear headbands—a reference to the resilience and readiness of the digital legends of gaming culture.
Continue details the collection, Denim is distressed, low-slung and rebellious, recalling the grunge aesthetics of late 90s internet subcultures. Dragon tattoo prints are embroidered on jeans and tops, nodding to the ultimate millennial hacker, The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo. Preppy kilt dresses, moto-leather jackets, and checkered outerwear with built-in hoods channel the dynamic uniforms of gaming avatars. Poetic dresses with wistful pleats and an off-kilter edge evoke the softly melancholic textures of teenage bedrooms—sheer curtains, rumpled sheets, the dim glow of a computer screen. Resident Evil-inspired leather boots anchor each look with strength and defiant femininity. Sleek evening wear is designed with movement in mind, with skirts that can be halted at the thigh by an adjustable leather strap, evoking a sense of controlled elegance. An ASCII-generated print transforms digital code into a floral motif. Other jersey dresses cascade from sculptural neck pieces shaped from the brand’s logo, merging fluidity with architectural form. An innovative machine-embroidered pearl textile mimics the glitching static of screen noise, with each pearl representing a pixel and weighted to move with the body.
This season, Coperni’s signature Swipe bag transforms into a Tamagotchi Swipe case, paying tribute to the era’s pocket-sized obsession. Coperni FW25 / Fall/Winter 2025 collection also features a special collaboration between Ray-Ban, Meta, and Coperni—the first-ever fashion partnership for Ray-Ban Meta glasses. The Ray-Ban Meta x Coperni Limited Edition Wayfarer merges high fashion with advanced AI technology, featuring a sleek Transparent Black frame and Grey Mirrored lenses. Transparency meets reflection, mirroring the interplay between physical and digital realities. The limited-edition AI glasses are worn in today’s show by Amelia Gray, Rejoice Chuol, Issa Lish, and Hanna Leszek.
The collection closes with puffer-style couture sleeping bag dresses, structured with built-in corsetry—an homage to overnight LAN marathons, or the Coperni woman finally completing her mission.

LAN PARTIES, Popular in the late 90s and early 2000s, a LAN (Local Area Network) Party is a social gathering where players connect their computers to a shared network to play multiplayer video games together in the same physical space. Typically starting in the late afternoon, these events saw players sleeping over, relying on take out pizza and energy drinks to power them through. For Coperni’s event, both amateur and professional players—from French Esport team Gentle Mates—compete alongside each other in Fortnite, Rocket League, two of the most popular online multiplayer games, all published by Epic Games.
