FINE CHAOS Spring/Summer 2026 / SS26 at Copenhagen Fashion Week unveils its 10th collection with entitled “POST MORT3M”

Copenhagen, July 1st 2025 – FINE CHAOS returns to Copenhagen Fashion Week with its SS26 collection, POST MORT3M – a visceral dive into an underground world where rebellion, isolation, and ritual collide. This marks the brand’s 10th collection and pushes its dystopian storytelling and immersive runway shows further than ever before.

Set in a fictitious club 3 kilometers beneath the earth, POST-MORT3M envisions a sectarian haven carved from scarcity and survival. The sole entry is through sewer-like pipelines. Inside, the air is heavy. The walls sweat. The people carry with them remnants of former lives – withered plants, scrap metal, and broken artifacts.

Visually, FINE CHAOS SS26 / Spring/Summer 2026 collection embraces contrasts and oxymoronic systems of meaning – from gritty tactility to regal cleanliness, pieces feature oiled latex and fabrics imitating condensation, referencing the grease-stained infrastructure of the underground pipes. Knitwear is distressed using a new technique that preserves structure while expressing decay. Wrinkled garments echo clothes in clubs, worn down by movement and repetition. Elsewhere, elegant silhouettes appear – regal, divine, and commanding – serving as symbolic deities of this subcultural underworld. The collection’s tone is emotionally raw, anchored in loneliness and disorientation, yet touched by the beauty of survival. POST MORT3M continues the brand’s exploration of war, collapse, and human endurance, placing the club-setting not as an escape, but as rebirth.
