Dunhill x Frieze Masters Talks 2025 Announcement, Curator & Speakers Programme
dunhill, the foremost British luxury menswear House, together with Frieze Masters, is pleased to announce Arturo Galansino, Director General of Fondazione Palazzo Strozzi, as curator for the 2025 Frieze Masters Talks. In this role, Galansino has shaped an exceptional programme, bringing together a distinguished line-up of speakers.
Now in its third year, the dunhill x Frieze Masters Talks series continues to unite some of the most influential voices in the art world. This ongoing partnership reflects the House’s long-term commitment to fostering meaningful dialogue through this celebrated platform.
Over the course of the fair, conversations will feature renowned international artists such as Tracey Emin, Antony Gormley and Glenn Brown. They will be joined by leading curators, writers and cultural figures including Nicholas Cullinan, Carl Strehlke and Susan Stronge. Discussions will be themed around the title ‘Woven Histories’, exploring how art across millennia inspires and challenges today’s creative landscape. Past editions have welcomed such luminaries as Jeremy Deller, Glenn Ligon, Maggi Hambling, Thomas J. Price, Mark Leckey and Sarah Lucas.
As in previous years, the talks will take place within the elegant dunhill lounge, designed in collaboration with Studio Boum. This refined setting offers a sanctuary at the heart of the fair, providing an intimate space that encourages exchange and reflection.
“We are thrilled to continue our collaboration with Frieze Masters, supporting the revered talks series – a partnership that celebrates exceptional voices in contemporary art and culture. We are delighted to welcome Arturo Galansino as curator this year, alongside a line-up of some of the art world’s most prolific and inspiring artists, curators and historians, for what promises to be a compelling line-up of illuminating conversations,” – Andrew Holmes, dunhill CEO ad interim.
The 2025 series will open on Monday 13th October with an exclusive discussion between Emilie Hammen and Elizabeth Way, followed by a private dinner for invited guests.
