NEU_IN Spring/Summer 2026 / SS26 at Paris Fashion

For Spring/Summer 2026, NEU_IN unveils a collection inspired by connection and duality, expressed through a new fictional character named August. Through August, the collection explores how people and even objects relate to one another, intertwine, and drift apart, mirroring the fluid nature of human bonds.

At the heart of NEU_IN SS26 / Spring/Summer 2026, lies a simple, nostalgic motif: a pair of telephone receivers, each with its own coiled cord. This symbol of distance and closeness captures the rhythm of closeness and distance, evoking the delicate tension that defines human relationships. The number two appears repeatedly: two holes, two wisdom teeth, T-sirts for two. Each piece becomes an exercise in balance, combining softness with structure and the familiar with the unexpected. Curved seams, assymetric folds, and warped proportions give form to unseen connections, creating a collection that feels playful yet deliberate, intimate yet refined.

Every NEU_IN collection begins with a character, a figure drawn from the personal reflections of designer Seyong Kim. Each season, this character becomes a lens through which emotion, memory, and transformation are translated into clothing.

August, the central figure of SS26, recalls the awkwardness and curiosity of adolescence, inspired by Kim’s own school years. Through this narrative, the designer turns everyday emotion into construction and detail, transforming small moments of connection into garments with quiet humor and humanity.

This method has become NEU_IN’s signature. Each collection functions as both a wardrobe and a story, exploring how the act of dressing can express inner change. In Kim’s world, clothes are not just garments but living expressions of character and connection.
