The Archetypes Pre-Spring 2026 / PS26 collection embodies the quintessence of the Alaïa wardrobe. It is the most perfect expression of the Alaïa woman. A reinterpretation of the House’s codes and its language of dress. Defined by sculptural volumes, architectural construction, and clean lines, this collection reflects Pieter Mulier’s vision of a powerful and raw beauty, while celebrating Alaïa’s exceptional craftsmanship.
To grasp these fundamental codes and Alaïa’s architectural approach to design, this campaign introduces a new visual language. A series of videos directed by Shayne Laverdière offers an immersive and dynamic encounter with the garments. A 360-degree study of the Alaïa silhouette, the pieces are revealed in motion, from every angle, showcasing their construction and the techniques used to shape them.
The videos thus offer total immersion in the Archetypes Pre-Spring 2026 / PS26 collection. Dresses that hug the curves, sculptural leather coats accented with fur sleeves, vinyl like a second skin, luminous sequins, the House’s signature animal prints, and iconic accessories comprise a complete repertoire of new Alaïa essentials.
