Harmont & Blaine Re-Loved Autumn/Winter 26-27 at Milan Men’s Fashion Week

Harmont & Blaine Re-Loved AW26 / Autumn/Winter 26-27 at Milan Men’s Fashion Week, The second upcycling capsule in collaboration with Re-Jàvu Milano Autumn/Winter 26-27 Collection

Re-loving means finding new beauty and new emotions in what we’ve loved before. It means recycling, reusing, and reinventing pieces that we can still wear, with a creative and responsible approach, allowing us to reduce our impact on the planet. It means reshaping, redecorating, and recoloring fabrics, materials, and silhouettes that deserve to remain in our wardrobe for their unique style and quality, since what is Re-Loved always holds a magical vibe and a deeper meaning woven into its story.

Designed in collaboration with Roberto Lonoce, co-founder and creative director of Re-Jàvu Milano, the Re-Loved collection is a story of reinvention and transformation, rooted in the intrinsic beauty and quality of materials – timeless values that continue to inspire the brand’s designs beyond fleeting trends.

At its core, the project is a process of redefinition and reshaping, exploring the endless possibilities of fabrics and silhouettes that stand the test of time as they are reinterpreted through an ever-evolving mix of pairings, contrasts, and layering. Like an eclectic tailor and fabric alchemist, Roberto Lonoce mixes and remixes elements, breaking down and remapping lines, textures, and patterns into entirely new, stylistic configurations.

For the Fall /Winter season, the Re-Loved concept meets the New Love approach. This marks the evolution of the brand’s sustainability vision and its commitment to reducing environmental impact, by continuing the creative upcycling of both surplus materials and archive pieces from past seasons. The Re-Loved philosophy embraces the principle of change, modifying existing garments in tune with the codes of Harmont & Blaine’s main collection, particularly in terms of color palette and combinations. Sleeves and trims are removed from down jackets and replaced with knit inserts. Sweaters emerge from the union of two different models into a single silhouette. Yarns are enlivened by pop stripes crafted with artisanal embroidery techniques.

The New Love approach breathes fresh life into yarns and fabrics, connecting new creations to a fundamental premise: no waste, no extra production. The exclusive use of in-stock materials results in completely original pieces with an extremely contemporary feel: refined shirts with unique details and compositions, garment-dyed trousers, a denim jacket with chic detailing, Italian wools with a British flair. The wardrobe features five men’s looks and two women’s looks, complete with coordinated accessories made from the same materials.

Classic elements are mixed with bold details, building an aesthetic of layering and juxtaposition. Utility wear plays with oversized volumes and fluid cuts. Stripes, micro-geometries, and tartan patterns explore Harmont & Blaine’s signature patchwork motifs. Formal, preppy, and streetwear codes alternate in a smart-casual offering that ranges from reimagined trench coats to college pullovers, from cargo skirts to mountain-inspired padded vests. The scarf is not just a functional accessory but an essential styling element, adding color, movement, and verticality.

From these two concepts emerges an ‘in-between world’ where craftsmanship meets industry, serving as the junction between multi-market production and Italian mastery – expressed primarily in customizations and the needle-punching technique on knitwear. Herein lies the true challenge and greatest ambition of this project: to demonstrate how a company with an industrial soul can embrace sartorial flair and thinking. This is visionary craftsmanship embodied – the hallmark of an international brand that never forsakes creativity and savoir-faire. It represents the alignment of global pace with an unwavering value for quality and expertise. It is Italian inventiveness transforming complex operations into distinctive products, rich in meaning yet open to the logic of scalability. It is the manifesto of an evolved creative method that unlocks new dimensions. This is not merely an upcycling exercise, but a process made richer, deeper, more authentic, since for Harmont & Blaine, to love a garment means knowing how to Re-Love it and, in doing so, generating a New Love from the beauty we already own.
