Massimo Osti Studio 2026 New Wardrobe Garments
Massimo Osti Studio introduces the new Wardrobe Garments for 2026. Innovation through advanced textile research and design engineering.
Massimo Osti Studio, the sportswear brand rooted in the cultural and design legacy of visionary Italian designer, continues to evolve its narrative of forward-thinking apparel with the new Chapters and Wardrobe Garments for 2026. An ongoing evolutionary process unfolds between industrial technologies and artisanal practices, challenging conventional paradigms and introducing unexpected design combinations.
Massimo Osti Studio Fall/Winter 2026 / FW26 places wool at the core of the new Chapters, reprocessed through three distinct technical approaches: heat-sealing, vulcanisation, and hybrid developments with nylon. Alongside this focus, the latest iteration of Trama 3D, first introduced in previous Chapters, continues its path of innovation by reinterpreting Jacquard through a balance of aesthetics, double dyeing, and refined detail construction.
WARDROBE GARMENTS, The concept of a contemporary wardrobe, inspired by Massimo Osti’s personal approach to dressing, continues in this new iteration. Conceived as a seasonless range, the collection brings together everyday staples, spanning jackets, blazers, overshirts, knitwear, and accessories. Each piece is crafted from high-quality fabrics, like Merino Curly Suede and Nabuk, selected for their distinctive tactile qualities and material durability.
Massimo Osti Studio FW26 / Fall/Winter 2026 introduce :
CHAPTER 16 TRAMA 3D, A new narrative around the Jacquard technique, drawing on industrial processes derived from airbag manufacturing and 3D detailing. The result is a series of outerwear pieces featuring a cotton and nylon face, finished with a double garment dyeing process that enhances textural depth and chromatic contrast.
CHAPTER 17 LANA (TERMOSALDATA), One of the most noble fabrics evolves through contemporary techniques that enhance its natural qualities. Fine Japanese twisted wool is developed with a compact hand and natural anti-crease properties, combining refinement with technical strength. The fineness of the yarn ensures exceptional durability, while construction through bonding and heat-sealed tape made from the same fabric creates a clean, single-material interior.
CHAPTER 18 LANA (VULCANIZZATA), Wool knit is reinforced with thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) in areas exposed to friction and wear. Co-knit with TPU at selected points and vulcanised under high temperature and pressure, the material fuses with the knit to form seamless reinforcements. This process ensures long-term structural integrity in high-stress zones while maintaining the wool’s softness, elasticity and breathability.
CHAPTER 19 LANA (TECNICA), A melange wool warp is paired with a monofilament nylon weft to create a fabric that balances performance and tactility. Wool provides natural breathability and elastic resilience, while nylon reinforces the structure, ensuring strength and dimensional stability. The resulting fabric has a dry, structured hand with reduced pilling. Garment dyeing further enhances the yarn’s properties, giving each piece distinctive chromatic depth and character.
