Tadashi Shoji Fall/Winter 2026 / FW26 during New York Fashion Week
Tadashi Shoji Reimagines the Runway with AI for Fall/Winter 2026 inspired by the wandering nomad. Blending storytelling, craftsmanship, and digital innovation, the presentation reimagines the runway for a new era while honoring the brand’s enduring pursuit of beauty and inclusivity.
The collection Inspiration of Tadashi Shoji FW26 / Fall/Winter 2026 is inspired by the wandering nomad — a journey through shifting horizons in search of self and belonging. She walks through deserts bathed in golden light, moves through city streets alive with hidden stories, and carries the memory of every place she has passed. Draped in motion, gowns, dresses, and jumpsuits journey with her, flowing like the landscapes she holds within. Ombre paillettes shimmer like endless night skies, while textured crepe folds and ripples like wind-sculpted earth beneath her feet. Atlas embroidered tulle traces imagined trails across the body, its intricate lines recalling ancient routes and shared histories across continents. Chenille embroidery rises like relics discovered along the way, while pearl drop embroidered tulle falls like starlight. Every stitch, every texture, every shimmer becomes part of the journey. Wandering is an act of courage. With each step, she finds that home is not a place, but the life and stories she carries within.
