HEREU X FILT Spring/Summer 2026 Collection Just Released

Made in the Tramuntana, Mallorca, during the summer of 2025. This Hereu x Filt Bag series was photographed by Raquel Franco in a place where mountains meet the sea, shaped by light, wind, and time. The images move between salt water and shade, midday heat and evening stillness. Days spent swimming, reading, waiting, talking, doing nothing. Letting time stretch. Tramuntana carries many layers of passage , from Sissy the empress and pirates to thinkers like Ramon Llull, and those who came seeking refuge or clarity. This history remains present in subtle ways. The bags become everyday vessels within an ancient landscape, holding objects, use, and memory. Cotton and leather respond to light and water. Nets filter shadows. Stone, skin, and sea leave their marks. The work reflects on impermanence, care, and continuity. How objects gather meaning through time, and how relationships, like places, are formed slowly. A study of presence, use, and being held.

HEREU presents the Calella FILT bag, a reinterpretation of its signature bag created in collaboration with FILT, France’s historic net maker established in 1860. Conceived as a new expression of the Calella, this lightweight silhouette pairs knotted cotton net with leather, bringing together FILT’s net-making heritage and HEREU’s Mediterranean craftsmanship. Offered in two sizes, regular and small, in a selection of classic and summer colourways.
