Anderson .Paak Wears Custom Amiri at the 2026 Met Gala
Anderson .Paak wears custom AMIRI tailoring to the 2026 Met Gala celebrating “Costume Art” on Monday, May 4th, 2026 at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City – the Starburst Crystal Double-Breasted Blazer styled over an Alabaster Viscose Satin Long Sleeve Shirt and matching satin tie, paired with the Black Classic Kick Flare Trouser.
Details of the look, The Starburst Crystal Double-Breasted Blazer is orchestrated across continents – fabric woven at a heritage tailoring mill in Italy, cut and partially constructed by AMIRI’s tailoring atelier before traveling to India, where the piece is transformed entirely by hand. Each star motif, drawn from the Spring-Summer 2025 runway and inspired by the American Big Band jazz frontmen who defined an era, from Miles Davis onward, is rendered through artisanal craftsmanship – every star individually built from hand-sewn rhinestones, beads, and intricate embroidery.
The Alabaster Satin Long Sleeve Shirt and matching tie, paired with the Classic Kick Flare Trouser, are AMIRI icons reimagined – rooted in the brand’s signature codes, unified in palette, and elevated in context. Heritage craftsmanship rendered as living art.
