Schiaparelli Boutique at Bergdorf Goodman Just Opened
NEW YORK, JUNE 2026 – Maison Schiaparelli is proud to announce the opening of its new Salon at Bergdorf Goodman, offering clients an immersive experience of the surrealism synonymous with the Maison. Since debuting its first American retail destination at Bergdorf Goodman in 2021, the partnership has continued to flourish, further establishing the iconic retailer as a premier home for the Maison in the U.S.
“Bergdorf Goodman is delighted to unveil Schiaparelli’s reimagined home in New York City,” said Tracy Margolies, President, Bergdorf Goodman. “The boutique serves as the ultimate destination for clients to discover the most unique Schiaparelli offerings and is a testament to our longstanding partnership, bringing together Bergdorf Goodman’s historic legacy and Daniel Roseberry’s extraordinary creative vision.”
“Enhancing our partnership with Bergdorf Goodman through a new, expanded boutique marks an exciting moment for Schiaparelli, while reinforcing our roots in New York and our ambition in North America,” says Delphine Bellini, CEO of Schiaparelli. “Through this new space, designed in collaboration with Halleroed and Daniel Roseberry, we sought to create an experience as close as possible to what we offer in our salons at 21, Place Vendôme – a place of desire, emotion and storytelling, true to the spirit of the Maison. Here, the highest standards of craftsmanship meet a bold and contemporary vision of luxury, offering our American clients a unique immersion into the Schiaparelli universe.”
“From the moment Schiaparelli first arrived at Bergdorf Goodman, there has been an undeniable sense of magic,” says Linda Fargo, SVP, Fashion Office & Store Presentation, Bergdorf Goodman. “That connection has remained a love affair rooted in the shared passion for extraordinary storytelling. This new boutique captures that spirit beautifully, bringing Daniel Roseberry’s imaginative vision to life within one of the world’s most iconic luxury destinations.”
WHERE FANTASY MEETS CRAFT. Imagined by the Swedish architecture duo Halleroed in collaboration with Creative Director Daniel Roseberry, this new space on the 4th floor of the iconic luxury retailer translates the spirit of 21, Place Vendôme into the heart of Manhattan. Designed as a refined apartment rather than a conventional boutique, the new 110-square-meter space embodies the Maison’s dual essence: rigorous craftsmanship and playful surrealism.
“For this store, in such an iconic location overlooking Central Park, we wanted to explore our interpretation of Madison Avenue through the lens of Schiaparelli’s universe. While the house is deeply rooted in Place Vendôme, its connection to New York has always felt strong – making it an especially exciting context in which to create a physical space for the brand,” says Halleroed.
The interiors feature brushed brass, hand-cut golden mosaics and Jurassic marble, with Beveled mirrors, lacquered wood and a sculptural satin stainless steel fireplace anchors the space. At its center, a beautifully carved velvet banquette sits beneath a domed ceiling hand-painted in gold leaf, where Roseberry’s signature Schiaparelli codes appear like constellations, guiding visitors through this surreal domestic landscape.
A NEW AMERICAN SALON. At the heart of the boutique, a mirrored Boudoir with a sculptural hearth invites clients to discover Schiaparelli’s couture-inspired ready-to-wear and jewelry within an intimate, residential atmosphere. The Bijoux Salon transforms the “cabinet de curiosités” into a luminous theater of anatomy and gold. From its architectural tailoring and hand-embroidered eveningwear to its surreal jewelry and iconic bags – the Secret, Face and Keyhole – the boutique encapsulates the Maison’s founding conviction: Nothing here is impossible.
A CONTINUING STORY OF EXCLUSIVITY AND WONDER. As the premier gateway to the U.S. luxury customer, Saks Global is home to Schiaparelli’s largest retail footprint worldwide, with additional boutiques in Neiman Marcus Beverly Hills and Neiman Marcus NorthPark. The partnership between Schiaparelli and Saks Global, dates back to 1940 when Maison founder Elsa Schiaparelli received one of the first Neiman Marcus Awards for Distinguished Service in the Field of Fashion. The program continued this legacy in 2024, recognizing Creative Director Daniel Roseberry with the Neiman Marcus Award for Creative Impact in Fashion.
