ATXV FALL WINTER 2022 – 2023 AT MILAN FASHION WEEK

The ATXV generation comes from love and is headed to freedom. Freedom to live, to love, to just be. The collection is made of outstanding items that can work harmoniously both on men and women, as they are designed like so. Fluid dresses follow the body but avoid restraint and the body is free to express.
The research on fabrics and their consequent choice is consciously made to optimize the fit and let the body move with ease through present moments. High quality jersey is the most used material, palying in a contrasting mode with a poly Duchesse, stiff and cotourish, originally used on evening gowns and used in the collection on long and short pants, narrow and essential. Denim is the new fabric, used in unseen hues like bright red or maroon.
Draped shorts and gathered fabric work on volumes to move minidresses and long tunics. Tops are genuinely fluid and fit on him and her with different outcomes, equally interesting. Asimmetry and drapery are cross-collection devices to twist basic items and help them express a minimal concept, yet erotic.
ATXV’s Antonio Tarantini rejects complications and useless layers in order to tell a simple tale with a straightforward humanity. Asimmetry is used to semplify geometries and constructions. The central element is body language and a sensual touch. The long dress is held up by a subtle cord, like a fragile vulnerable sign.
Black is the forever classic to fit every size and every situation. Touches of pink, light blue, off white and bright red move the eye towards the light. A generation of people playing with clothing and feeling beautifully free. Jewellery with natural stones evoke of the energy of the earth to remind us where we come from and where we are headed.
