Introducing the PROVINCIA Fall Winter 2022/23 at Spaccio – an open source multi functional space dedicated to the research and development of knitwear. On the occasion of the MFW, Spaccio turns into an outlet in which PROVINCIA, the brand by Serena Novello shows the new collection and a capsule for a private sale, produced in white yarn and then made with stock colorings and, according to what’s available, the client can choosemodel and color for a unique and made-to-order special piece.

The FW22 collection by PROVINCIA leaves the concept of waste behind, moving towards creations that avoid the shortcuts of serial production and transcend momentary pleasure. Conceived from stock fabric or excess materials, every garment is unique and treated with disruptive handmade techniques, putting the art in artisanship through the principles of Couture. The imagery is deeply intimate: original artworks are painted on the thread, while personal memories become production choices – above all, the accessories made with recycled glass and inspired by the founder’s upbringing among Murano glassworks.
The FW22 pieces trace moments of heartfelt elegance that hope to defeat the passing of time.
