SYSTEM Studios Spring Summer 2023 at Paris Men's Fashion Week Digital Runway

‘SYSTEM Studios’, the global edition of the casual brands SYSTEM and SYSTEM HOMME, developed by Handsome Co., Ltd., will be presented at the digital runway for ‘2023 S/S Paris Fashion Week’. Since 2019, SYSTEM Studios has garnered a great deal of consumer attention by participating in Paris Fashion Week with a distinct concept each season.

The concept of the collection for SYSTEM Studios’ newly released 23 S/S season was inspired by Wes Anderson’s unique fairy tale and humorous mise-en-scene in the film The Royal Tenenbaums. Spectators will see the vibrant and varied colors of Wes Anderson’s palette, as well as bold and colorful products ranging from sportswear to formal wear that pay homage to the film’s personable characters.

This season, it all started with imageries from the movie called, The Royal Tenenbaums. We were attracted by how the each eccentric member of a dysfunctional family influenced each other. They all had a “strong personality” which were causing numerous conflicts. However, they figured out a way to stay as a family at the end of the day. For the spring summer 2023, we wanted to visualize the complicated emotions that arose within the characters of the film, and also pay our homage to the pretty and the ugly that we confront as a family.

‘A Family Matter’ is the title of this season, and it will show how under the word family, we disintegrate and also assemble as one. Wes Anderson, known for his eccentricity, unique visuals and narrative styles of his films, was infused into the color palette in the collection. Various patterns and prints using neutral tone were used to showcase the modern and sophisticated looks.
