Sonia Carrasco Spring Summer 2023 Presents SEX & CRAFTS

Sonia Carrasco Spring Summer 2023 collection is born from a series of emotions that I have felt in the past years; from the need to express, the inner conflict, the fear, the blockage, to finally seeing the light for the first time and finding the path that I was denying to myself.

This collection marks the start of our path, I have freed myself from all my fears and I am willing to show who I really am creatively.

The two big words that define the Spring Summer 2023 collection and SONIA CARRASCO’s universe are CRAFTSMANSHIP and SEX. Antagonists to each other, tradition and progress, past and future, but that’s how I work, making opposites collide so that they create a new beauty beyond the truth conceived by the masses.”

In this new collection the star is the study and experimentation of pattern making to make it express emotions and feelings. Twists, turns, deformations, exaggeration and contrast of garments.

A distinctive earthy tone color range of SONIA CARRASCO with shades ranging from white to brown and blue.

The fabrics that have made up the Spring Summer 2023 collection are recycled, organic, regenerated and, a new line has entered, “upcycled” fabrics from the houses of the LVMH group.
