TOTEME Spring/Summer 2025 / SS25 at New York Fashion Week, Pacy silhouettes, sumptuous fabrications, a purist palette: Spring Summer 2025 delivers pared-back perfection for simmering city streets. Lightweight knitwear and cotton tailoring emphasize shorter silhouettes, while delicate embroidered tulle evokes bohemian expression. The monochromatic color scheme explores a spectrum of white and black shades, energized by tactile contrasts in fabrication, a singular flash of citrine and polished metallic accessories. The result is a collection that injects TOTEME signature timeless rigor with a sense of possibility.
Details of TOTEME Spring/Summer 2025 / SS25, Fine-gauge knitwear in a lyocell-cashmere blend combines with crisp cotton, sheer viscose-jersey and tulle to soften the sharply honed lines of suede, croco-embossed leather and taffeta outerwear, as well as structured compact viscose layers. Continuing TOTEME’s commitment to using high-quality, low-impact materials, the collection contains organic and recycled fibers, as well as responsibly sourced, certified fibers produced with a low environmental impact.
BAGS of TOTEME Spring/Summer 2025 welcomes a new bag style: a scooped bag with a wristlet strap, available in leather, satin, suede and crochet. The spirited design combines the curve of the iconic T-Lock bag with a buckled strap that loops elegantly around the wrist, subtly evoking the refined proportions of the Swedish Grace aesthetic movement. Another key style is the scooped clutch, a curved evening bag in leather and suede with extended straps and braided tassel details. Then there is the Lounge tote, a square and capacious everyday tote in suede that heroes the clasp detail from Fall Winter 24’s Belted bucket bag.
Shoes of TOTEME SS25, Key shoe styles in a variety of suedes, satins and nappa-leather textures skew either graphic and bold; or delicate and minimal. The statement Bandeau Mule lends elevation to the silhouette thanks to its high heel, with a subtle curve recalling that of the emblematic Sharp Slingback, while the flat slide pairs a slip-on construction with a striking transseasonal upper. The crossover-strap sandals and slides, meanwhile, combine a streamlined silhouette with pretty straps for an easygoing minimalism.
Jewelry of TOTEME Spring/Summer 2025, Signature jewelry complements the collection’s purist silhouettes as well as extending the subtle thread of bohemia. Byzantine-inspired gold- and silver-plated chain-link necklaces lend weight and decadence to light knitwear layers and collarless coats. Tear-drop-shaped pendant necklaces offer a more relaxed take on summer styling, with onyx and marble pendants exuding talismanic appeal.
