TAAKK FW25 / Fall Winter 2025 – 2026 at Paris Men’s Fashion Week

When I was little, I joined my father at the factories of one of his inventions. He spoke proudly of the robot he had created. “In order to create newness, one must own the reversal of ideas.” When I was little, the book of René Magritte’s works my mother owned – The subdued yet photorealistic works that existed within an odd world – The unique words which brought union to these strange pieces – I was awestruck by the poetry that described their worlds.

These memories are the origins of my own creations to doubt the norms and shine light on that which was previously hidden to release, from the confines of what is expected to look upon material and process with intrigue In order to revisit from multiple perspectives in order to break through the confines of fashion, And create new fabrics and honed designs, for the whole of the world.

They are sure to also speak to us – that thread, fabric, folding, manufacturing, dyeing, and embroidery – Though all of these exists in the now – many have forlorn the possibilities within.

Main Fabrics of TAAKK FW25 / Fall Winter 2025 – 2026 :

MIXTURE WOOL / DENIM – A new material created by a special process that fuses together materials that would not normally mix. Plain wool and herringbone, denim and leopard. An original material that approaches the idea of “dépaysement” *. * Dépaysement：A surrealist technique that places things and images that should be in their natural environment in a different environment to create a sense of incongruity.

GRADIENT WOVEN FABRIC – TAAKK gradation fabric, which we have been exploring and evolving for many years. An acetate souvenir jacket is transformed into a wool tailored jacket, a wool tailored jacket is transformed into a nylon MA-1, and a tweed jacket with glitter is transformed into a sporty polyethylene blouson. A dépaysement combination of two elements – material and design.
