SYSTEM Fall/Winter 2025 – 2026 / FW25 at Paris Men’s Fashion Week

SYSTEM Fall/Winter 2025 – 2026 collection, ‘At the very moment’ brings to mind Norman Rockwell’s 20th-century painting, <Dressing Up>. It reminds us of the universal childhood memory of exploring our mom’s and dad’s closets with curiosity and wonder. The reflection in the mirror goes beyond imagining oneself as an adult; it intertwines curiosity, admiration, and a deep affection for the world of grown-ups.

SYSTEM captures the diverse emotions of childhood in its FW25 / Fall/Winter 2025 – 2026 collection, presenting an elevated style that merges the past with the present. Comprised of approximately 335 ready-to-wear and accessory pieces, the collection focuses on reinterpreting timeless items from childhood to adulthood through SYSTEM’s unique perspective. Inspired by familiar items from wardrobes in memory —such as plaid shirts, scarves and dress—the collection focuses on reinterpreting these classic elements with a modern approach.

One of the elements that catches our eyes is the all-over patterns reminiscent of dad’s old tie. These patterns appear in silky shirts and scarves, awakening distant yet cherished memories hidden beneath the dust of time. Classic and familiar patterns, such as gingham and glen check are harmoniously incorporated, thereby adding a comforting touch to the collection.

To evoke the warmth of memory, SYSTEM features soft, voluminous materials such as alpaca wool, suede, and velvet, creating gentle silhouettes. Moreover, heavy wool fabrics are rendered in deep hues like brown camel and khaki, while lighter, sheer fabrics feature pastel tones such as pink, lavender, and mint. This interplay of contrasting textures and colors lends a dreamy quality to the overall collection. ‘At the very moment’ captures the unique, continuous moments where childhood memories and experiences transcend time and place, transforming the familiar into something new. SYSTEM invites you to revisit the dreams and romantic visions of your younger self through this reminiscent yet modern collection.
