s-d-c-a presents collection 003 at London Fashion Week FW25

Experiencing a British Autumn Day when all four seasons unfold in a single day, reflecting on the fluidity and ever-changing nature of our environment. The abstract and rough prints pay tribute to the chaos of all the elements colliding —lightness, darkness, storm, and calm – external and internal.

The muted sage green represents the soft landscapes of nature. It evokes renewal and tranquillity. The earthy tones ground us, add warmth and a sense of stability against the unpredictability of the weather (and the world around us). We picture a walk in the park after the rain stopped and the clouds gave room for a ray of light to shine through, but the soil is muddy.

The sharp contrast between black & white is symbolic of the dramatic shifts that can occur within only a few moments — from the brightness of a clear morning to the darkness of a sudden storm, from inner calm and clarity to a tumultuous, dark and heavy feeling.

Creating seasonless collections continues to be extremely relevant to s-d-c-a. Traditional seasonal boundaries are increasingly blurred, there’s no predictability, and fashion needs to be timeless. By offering pieces that are designed to be worn all year around makes each item more sustainable.

s-d-c-a collection 003 plays with layering and opacities: lightweight and sheer pieces that can be easily added or removed. As always with s-d-c-a, there’s a deeper romantic meaning in this theme—an invitation to embrace change and find beauty in the fleeting moments.
