P.L.N. Spring/Summer 2026 / SS26 at Copenhagen Fashion Week

At Copenhagen Fashion Week, P.L.N. returned to the spotlight with its Spring/Summer 2026 collection titled “SNIT”, once again redefining the boundaries of menswear and fashion expression. Founded by Peter Lundvald Nielsen in 2020, P.L.N. originated as a personal design project and has since evolved into one of the most distinct voices in the Nordic fashion scene. Emerging from the CPHFW New Talent program, the label quickly gained attention for its gritty, experimental style—one that draws heavily on subcultural, punk, and Goth influences while breaking from traditional fashion expectations.

The P.L.N. SS26 / Spring/Summer 2026 collection serves as a sharp critique of fashion industry stagnation. Described as “not performance, but disruption,” the presentation abandoned theatricality in favor of visceral impact. Utilitarian tailoring met fractured minimalism in looks that featured sleeveless jackets layered over sheer hosiery, structured leather shorts, and mesh veils. The garments carried both aggression and fragility—apron-like overlays and fringe harnesses hinted at religious or ritualistic iconography, while remaining grounded in streetwear and workwear aesthetics.

Central to P.L.N.’s appeal is its unwavering commitment to rawness and imperfection. The brand rejects commercial polish in favor of expressive tailoring and handcrafted spontaneity. Nielsen’s design philosophy is intuitive, rooted in imaginative construction and storytelling through texture, shape, and silhouette. His garments aren’t just worn—they provoke, protect, and perform identity. The muted SS26 color palette—bone, black, and flesh—echoed the show’s central theme: a confrontation between armor and vulnerability, structure and collapse.

P.L.N. SS26 cements Peter Lundvald Nielsen’s place as a bold innovator within contemporary menswear and Copenhagen’s fashion vanguard. In a landscape where many brands lean into minimalism or sustainability narratives, P.L.N. offers a different kind of resistance—one shaped by subversion, chaos, and raw elegance. The collection challenges both audience and industry to see fashion not as commerce, but as cultural rupture.
