Munthe Spring/Summer 2026 / SS26 at Copenhagen Fashion Week

Munthe SS26 / Spring/Summer 2026 collection draws on botanical processes to explore the relationship between nature and design. At its core is a signature print developed through a plant-based dye technique, using real flowers and leaves on treated fabric. Through a controlled infusion process, natural pigments transferred onto the material, creating detailed, individually crafted impressions that define the visual language.

This technique reflects both the collection’s visual identity and a commitment to experimentation and slow, process-driven design. Each print is a direct imprint of nature – refined, unpredictable, and unique. The print’s design language runs through the collection, with motifs like ferns appearing in broderie anglaise, heavy lace, and voluminous embroidery. The collection features soft tailoring, sculptural silhouettes, and layered constructions that merge structure with movement. Balanced volumes and precise cuts introduce ease without compromising form. A palette of earthy neutrals washed pastels, and sun-faded tones is complemented by embroidery, sequins, and textured fabrics that highlight depth and artisanal finish. Accessories include the Roluke, Lixia, and Lix bags, changeable Bluma handles, charms, keychains, and Fernis sandals, contributing to an elevated Spring/Summer look.

In line with MUNTHE’s design ethos, the collection balances contrasts: delicate sheers with denim, feminine silhouettes with functional details. Lightweight outerwear, oversized shirting, and sport-influenced accents show versatility across looks. The result is a focused expression of design innovation, material integrity, and elevated craftsmanship.

Supermodel Josephine Skriver walked the runway for MUNTHE SS26 / Spring/Summer 2026 show during Copenhagen Fashion Week. In support of a cause close to her heart, Skriver has chosen to donate her entire fee to PlanBørnefonden. MUNTHE is proud to match this donation. PlanBørnefonden is Denmark’s largest privately funded child rights organization and part of the global NGO Plan International. The organization works long-term in some of the world’s most vulnerable communities to improve the lives of children – particularly girls – through access to education, healthcare, gender equality, and the development of sustainable local structures.
