Simon Cracker SS26 Capsule Collection during Milan Fashion Week

Simon Cracker SS26 / Spring/Summer 2026 Capsule Collection during Milan Fashion Week entitled “PUNKINDNESS FOREVER”

“The capsule collection I will be presenting during my first Milan Women’s Fashion Week is a thank you to my crew, to the support that the guys and girls around us give us every time, and not just physically. It is the first collection after 5 years where SIMON CRACKER is no longer a duo; all experiences, both good and bad, come to an end, but they’re followed by a new beginning, which will be full of opportunities for both of us. Because both Filippo Biraghi and I are two “wild” people, as different as we are, but also full of creativity that we feel the need to share with the whole world.”

With the help of WN Lab, this Cracker family is growing bigger and bigger, made of special people bound not by blood but by ideas. The real energy comes from the strength of shared thought, from the fact that we all believe in what takes shape everytime. Themes, aesthetics, forms, and colors are always shared with those who will then walk the runway. And this time we are telling the story of those who, from the outside, might look like just street-cast models, but are in fact part of the SIMON CRACKER family. Different people, with opposite lives, who come together in this shared moment with everyone.

Memories and experiences stored inside our wardrobe. The coin we’ve all found in the pocket of a vintage jacket. In my case, the 100 lire coin I found countless times inside the jackets I borrowed from my grandfather when, at 13, I wanted to dress like a grown-up. That coin has now become the print pattern on the recycled fabrics used, on oversized buttons, and accessories.

The destroyed school uniform, stitched back together across different personalities. The SIMON CRACKER class is not made up of people from a specific category but of all kinds of individuals – generationally, culturally, and aesthetically different – like the kids in detention in the film “The Breakfast Club”. We chose the black cat Salem as our mascot, who has become the brand’s lucky familiar, hand-painted on shirts, accessories, and Mary Janes in collaboration with Dr. Martens.

Simon Cracker Spring/Summer 2026 / SS26 capsule collection, alongside the feminine silhouettes we created by crumpling and dyeing printed silk, collides with tailored jackets blown up to double their volume. The recurring tones are terracotta orange, in which we dipped part of the garments that emerged in trails of shades, dictated by the different fabrics of each piece. The scale of navy blues appears as a pattern that replaces the classic tartan with a geometric check, on mini skirts and ruffles in outerwear pieces. We go back to speaking through clothes, stopping the shouting and the physical noise. We use the wardrobe to carry forward our manifestos.

PUNKINDNESS, which for many was just the theme of our first show at Milan Fashion Week, is part of the DNA of the brand and of everyone who works with us. We make clothes like many other designers, but in an environment that is a refuge for those who have lived through the truly toxic environments of fashion.

In 2010, when I founded SIMON CRACKER, I was working in other design and PR offices, and I saw terrible things. I wanted to create a safe place where I could take shelter and welcome anyone who wanted to be creative in safety – without the usual hierarchy of superiors and inferiors, and without humiliating scenes. SIMON CRACKER exists thanks to those who collaborate and believe in the same values as I do.

Thanks to: Dr. Martens for the sustainable collaboration that continues to happen thanks to Hub and its wonderful team. WN Lab for the incredible support and affection every season. Teeshare for the printed waste silk. Gaia Segattini for the affection and support.

Pasquale and Lucia, my right and left arms in this adventure. Maximilian Linz and his super team. Marina Guidi and her Showroom Garage, which helps me integrate this new way of approaching buyers with “one of a kind” pieces. Nicholas, my boyfriend, who is by my side through every obstacle and every beautiful adventure. All the guys at Cracker Crew, who continue to make waves seasonafter season. The National Chamber of Italian Fashion, which never gave up on me and has accompanied me to this day, believing in my wild project. The Emmaus charity association in Tipano, which will always be my number one partner in recovering resources for recycling from textile companies. The journalists who believe in Cracker and dedicate even just a few lines to telling a new story every time. My mother Susi, my grandmother Alba, and my aunts in Cesena, who always cheer me on and help me achieve everything from the province of Romagna.”
