Cavia Fall/Winter 2026 / FW26 at Milan Fashion Week

There is a silent sound that runs through surfaces, volumes, and textures. Le Chant Des Formes, a winter collection conceived as a visual and material chant, where each garment becomes a unique composition suspended between craftsmanship, memory, and experimentation. The collection explores form as an emotional language: irregular lines, chromatic contrasts, and vibrant textures build a narrative made of slow gestures, handwork, and intentional imperfections. Nothing is serial. Nothing is repeatable.

At the heart of Cavia FW26 / Fall/Winter 2026 collection is handmade multicolor knitwear, crafted in mohair and warm yarns, creating soft, three-dimensional, almost pictorial surfaces. Every stitch carries a different rhythm; every color shift becomes an emotional accent. Alongside knitwear, garments made from recycled blankets are transformed into new textile architectures— pieces that preserve the memory of the material and translate it into a contemporary identity.

ABOUT CAVIA, CAVIA was born from the creativity of designer Martina Boero, who has always been fascinated by fashion as an idea of personal expression. An idea born during the first lockdown, as she could not go out, therefore she tried to express her creativity with what she could find at home. Hence the idea of creating an entirely sustainable project, using only pre-existing or recycled materials, thus reducing the environmental impact linked to the production of new materials. The mission of CAVIA is not only the enhancement of Italian craftsmanship, but above all the promotion of a more conscious and sustainable fashion.
