Bikkembergs Spring/Summer 2027 / SS27 at Milan Fashion Week
Bikkembergs presents the New Collection: Nature and Nostalgia. With the SS27 / Spring/Summer 2027 collection, Bikkembergs explores an exciting and contemporary territory where nature, nostalgia and the transformation of the human being become key threads through which to interpret the present moment: a constant dialogue between instinct and progress, between who we once were and who we are becoming.
The inspiration stems from the encounter between two distant, yet deeply connected images: the Pacific Loon, a symbol of migration and natural purity, and the face of Robert Redford, an icon of authentic humanity in continuous evolution. Two figures embodying a shared journey – one of conscious transformation, freedom, and the pursuit of a new light. In an increasingly fast-paced and hyperconnected world, the Bikkembergs SS27 / Spring/Summer 2027 collection reflects the desire for a slower, more authentic sense of balance, inviting us to reconnect with the human awareness which defines us.
Bikkembergs SS27 / Spring/Summer 2027 collection plays on a dual identity – elegant and athletic – constructed through hybrid surfaces and innovative techniques. Denim represents the starting point of the narrative, reinterpreted as a migratory element between Europe and Japan. Silhouettes move towards wider, relaxed volumes, which carries through into more languid formal expressions and looser trousers as a language of contemporary comfort. An originally developed for accessories, is reworked for the collection. Embroidered nylons also spell out the brand logo with rich texture. Technical fabrics such as nylon and polyester define a new vision of contemporary outerwear, enriched with graphic interventions and the Bikkembergs logo translated into Japanese.
Tailoring is deconstructed and reinterpreted through a modern lens. Suits adopt relaxed proportions, while jackets are enhanced with soft constructions and lived in textures. Among the key piece is a look inspired by Japanese tradition, featuring a kimono style jacket paired with extra wide cuffed trousers. Knitwear takes on a central role within the collection, developed as a functional and technical system that amplifies versatility. The jersey offering includes graphic T-shirts and newspaper-effect prints on cotton, alongside a strong football influence reinterpreted for everyday wear. In particular, the brand continues its collaboration with the historic football club FC Fossombrone, introducing an authentic and territorial interpretation of football inspired apparel. The beachwear proposal reinterprets the codes of logo tape and all-over patterns, introducing silhouettes inspired by the 1970s alongside a new visual language that merges essentiality with graphic expression.
Footwear advances the brand’s sporty DNA through new experimentation. Iconic lines are revisited: the iconic Soccer styles evolved through softer materials, double laces, and the re-introduction of 90’s Velcro straps; while the Ignite returns with an aesthetic inspired by the running world, blending sporting heritage with contemporary technical innovation; the Recoba in a softer and more essential version; the Basket redesigned with a contemporary approach, With SS’27, a new balance between memory and innovation, nature and technology are established. A vision that interprets the contemporary man as a conscious explorer, constantly moving between worlds, languages, and actions.
