NAPE_ Fall Winter 2022 – 2023 at Rakuten Fashion Week Tokyo
NAPE_ is a unisex brand based on the concept of “ANDROGYNOUS”.
The brand name “NAPE_” is derived from the “nape” of the neck, which is the center of the back collar, the most important part of the pattern-making process.
Born in Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture in 1980. Graduated from ESMOD JAPON. 13 years of experience in design, pattern, and production management at domestic designer brands since 2003.
Established a music label and apparel brand in 2016. In the same year, selected for the Tokyo Metropolitan New Designers Fashion Award. Started showing collections overseas in 2018. Started a restaurant-bar & flagshipshop in Shimokitazawa in 2019.
