STAMM Spring Summer 2025 / SS25 at Copenhagen Fashion Week

Today I’m about to show my 4th runway show since launching two years ago.

I want to bring my best wishes to all.

It’s capsuled in fashion and a runway show, but it comes in many layers.

That’s what I love about fashion. To me it’s mostly felt when it’s created from layers and to me it’s the greatest playground of storytelling and equally substance of materials.

It’s quite often challenging when I also strive from including and embracing foreign exchange and affairs, but that’s how I am.

I can’t wait to show the epic coat with it’s new empowering shoulder that I created from 50% banana linen, 50% Japanese paper dyed in chalcoral. There is whole series in it and I’m in love with the fabric and it’s richness and tactility.

I sourced it just after the last show as I went to paris and stayed at a motel near the airport from where I could then walk to ‘Premiere Vision’ (save cost of transportation to make myself content when I’m handling STAMM’s financial district which is also mine to run solo.)

I also went though fire to bring GOTS certified tencel and wool and I have enjoyed incorporating some more body hugging pieces in these calming and wonderful fabrics. I have a heavy organic twill with a carbon overdye and with my passionate heart always beating for jackets and coats, then I bring a coat and a jacket in this twill with a carbon overdye that makes even a perfectionist like myself feel proud.

I’m attaching in the letter/collection my father signature from a loan document. I promised myself when I was 18 that I would never ask him for anything and being a truck driver, he really has no clue about my lane in fashion. When I see the signature on my pieces, it’s like it’s just exactly how it’s supposed to be. My denim series also took off from looking at my father’s natural oil and dirt covered jeans. Tht finish that only the day and the way can bring. Nothing like it.

I’m really walking the line and tough I sometimes feel that it’s a lonely line, then today and the days ahead of the show I feel empowered by all the people around me walking it with me.

Since my ambition with STAMM is that it must always be bigger than me, then naturally I hope people will feel something. Uplifted, empowered, reminded to sent out their own wishes perhaps and to also make those wishes happen.

I have worked with an equal balance of ‘BLESS YOU / FUCK YOU’ energy and in this writing moment I find peace right there.

The balance of work and life must be within.

The duality is felt in my journey in all of our journeys.

There is so much up in the air and I sense this not only from politics to religion and to various communities speaking up. It’s somehow like we are all pointing fingers, looking to place all the frustration.

I made a series in the collection that I called ‘Guilty’. I’m serving my own guilt with a little bleeding heart Svante (my son) made for me for my birthday. I’m guilty of being unstoppable and perhaps of loving too much.
