At Paris Couture Week Fall/Winter 2025–2026, RVDK Ronald van der Kemp unveiled Wardrobe 22: The Call of the Wild, a striking tribute to nature, culture, and circular fashion. Continuing the brand’s signature ethos of crafting couture from reclaimed materials, the collection draws inspiration from the Amazon rainforest, the majestic river that runs through it, and the fantastical Birds of Paradise. The show was brought to life through a deeply personal collaboration with van der Kemp’s muse Thayna Caiçara and a collective of indigenous Brazilian artisans and embroiderers, whose craftsmanship infused each piece with soul, storytelling, and authenticity.

With dramatic silhouettes, vibrant textures, and one-of-a-kind designs, the collection channels the eccentricity of vintage couture and the raw elegance of the natural world. Van der Kemp’s vision transcends aesthetics—The Call of the Wild stands as a celebration of human creativity, environmental consciousness, and the transformative power of fashion.
