Hooded jacket made from a nylon micro ripstop, externally resin-coated with a special pigment that changes colour based on the temperature, and laminated on the inside with an aluminium film. The heat-reactive pigment molecules in the resin alter the passage of light and shift in tone in response to heat, becoming lighter as the temperature rises and returning to darker tones as it drops. The aluminium lamination lends structure to the nylon, enhancing the thermal insulation properties of the garment, and lending a slightly three-dimensional, textured appearance to the surface.

Shaped hood with visor and elasticated drawcord at contour and crown. Front yoke with flaps. Vertical zip flaps that open onto vertical mesh-lined chest pockets, fastened on the bottom with two snaps, over bellows hand pockets. Open armholes. Ventilation flaps on back with mesh lining. Panelled sleeve construction. Stone Island badge on left sleeve. Adjustable cuffs with flap and hook-and-loop fastening. Two-way zip fastening under snap placket with two smaller snaps at collar.
