OpéraSPORT SS27 / Spring/Summer 2027 collection, Growth, is inspired by Carl Jacobsen’s Garden, a space where nature, symbolism, and architecture exist in quiet balance. The collection captures the atmosphere of a cultivated landscape shaped over time, where structured pathways meet wild growth, and ornamental details hold deeper meaning. Drawing on the garden’s history and its layered visual language, OpéraSPORT reflects on growth as both natural and intentional. The collection explores themes of continuity, repetition, and renewal, where forms evolve, return, and transform over time. This becomes a subtle foundation for the collection: a study of garments in constant transformation.

The collection is further informed by the garden’s distinct botanical presence, from the structured strength of the thistle to the soft, abundant bloom of rhododendrons. These contrasts between resilience and fragility are translated into the garments, where sharp, sculptural elements meet fluid draping and delicate textures.

SS27 interprets this cultivated landscape through sculptural silhouettes balanced with fluid draping. Structured tailoring contrasts with soft, body-following fabrics, while seamless rib pieces are engineered to move with the body, creating a sense of ease and continuity. Layers of sheer materials, lace, and light textures reveal and conceal, echoing the interplay between exposure and protection found within the garden’s hidden spaces.

This season, OpéraSPORT presents the SS27 / Spring/Summer 2027 collection during CPHFW the 3rd of August within Carl Jacobsen’s Garden, allowing the environment to frame the garments directly. Architecture, greenery, and natural light become part of the narrative, creating an immersive setting where the collection unfolds gradually. from controlled, minimal silhouettes to more expressive and voluminous forms.

The color palette reflects the tones of the garden: soft greens, pale floral hues inspired by rhododendrons, and muted neutrals, contrasted by deeper earth tones and sharper accents reminiscent of thistle stems. Botanical softness meets structured depth, creating a dialogue between nature and design, delicacy and strength. Every look embodies movement between restraint and release, a wardrobe that evolves with the body and over time. Draped dresses, layered tops, 3D fabrics, sculptural skirts, and refined tailoring are designed to feel fluid yet intentional, balancing OpéraSPORT’s signature femininity with a more architectural expression.

OpéraSPORT remains true to their DNA by working with recycled and organic materials, continuing their commitment to thoughtful production while refining their aesthetic language.
